GRO Hermann intern Haley Sunfield received a $1,000 scholarship sponsored by Peoples Savings Bank and First State Community Bank. Sunfield did marketing and promotion work credited with keeping the GRO Hermann initiative alive. She is the third high school intern since the program began with GRO Hermann. Sunfield plans to utilize technology with online courses with the University of Tennessee at Martin, pursuing a degree in Ag Business while staying in Hermann. Presenting the scholarship checks were Janet Rodgers with First State Community Bank and Susan Stiers with Peoples Savings Bank.
